See exactly where your business is leaking profit.

In just 10 days, we’ll show you what’s slowing you down, draining money, or blocking growth—so you can fix it at the source.

Something's off, but it’s hard to name.

You’ve felt it for a while now—something underneath the business isn’t clicking. You’ve probably seen signs like these:

Ads are getting more expensive, and they’re converting less

You’re selling products—but not seeing the profit

You’ve added people, but it still feels like you’re doing everything

You’re growing, but cash is always tight

Everyone’s busy, but big priorities keep slipping

What is the Profit-Leak Audit?

It’s a 10-day project with you and your team to find out why profit isn’t where it should be—and what’s getting in the way.

Where we look for profit leaks:

The Day-to-Day

How work happens (or doesn’t)

We dig into how your team gets things done and where execution breaks down.

The Money

Where it’s going—and why it’s tight

We look at your pricing, margins, and spending to see what’s eating into profit.

The Plan

Who you’re selling to and what you’re offering

We check if your direction makes sense—or if you’re burning money chasing the wrong things.

How we find what’s holding you back

We listen, map what’s going on, and bring the team together to show your team what’s getting in the way—and how to start fixing it.

Step 1: Founder kickoff call

We start with a 60-minute session to understand how the business works, what feels stuck, and where you want to go.

Step 2: Team clarity assessment

Each team member answers a thoughtful set of questions across strategy, finance, and operations. This helps us see how aligned (or misaligned) your team really is.

Step 3: Optional team call

If needed, we host a short group call with your leadership team to hear what’s working, where they feel stuck, and what’s unclear day to day.

Step 4: Clarity mapping

We analyze the patterns and compare team input across all three clarity layers—then plot what we find into a visual heatmap.

Step 5: Debrief sessions

You’ll get a simple report and two live debriefs: one with you, and one with your team. We walk through where clarity is missing and what to fix first.

Who this is for
(and what we need from you)

It’s simple to get started. Just gather your leadership team—we’ll guide the rest. Here’s what we need to run the audit:

A leadership team of 3 or more people

Annual revenue between $1M and $20M

About 20 minutes per team member to complete a thoughtful questionnaire

A founder kickoff call (60 minutes)

A final 90 minute debrief session (plus an optional team debrief)

That’s it. No prep work, no documents to gather. We lead the process—you show up and get the insight.

Let’s figure out what’s eating your margins

Why do the Profit-Leak Audit?

You can’t fix what you can’t see. This audit shows where missing clarity is slowing things down, draining resources, or blocking growth.

Finally get your team on the same page

We cut through the noise and surface the disconnects that are quietly costing time and profit.

You’ll know exactly where to focus next

We don’t just show you the problem—we help you prioritize what to fix first, and why it matters.

Zero risk,
extremly high-value

No hidden fees. No sales pitch. If you don’t find value in the process, you don’t pay.

Get a clear-picture view of where things break down

As part of the audit, we turn your team’s input into simple visuals that show where your business is clear—and where it’s not. You’ll see how aligned your team is, where profit is likely leaking, and what to fix first.

We change lives
(and companies)

When your team gets aligned and your blind spots are clear, momentum comes fast. Here's what that looked like for other businesses.

Yarin Gaon’s Clarity Challenge helped Whitestone redefine who we are by aligning our purpose, values, strengths, and ideal customers into a clear, actionable framework. It brought clarity and alignment to our team on key fundamentals like why we exist, what we do best, and who our perfect customer is. Now, we’re entering 2025 with a stronger sense of purpose and a shared vision. For any founder looking to refine their strategy and align their team, I highly recommend Yarin and Fractional Partners.

My close friend and advisor, Yarin Gaon, has been instrumental in helping Whitestone redefine who we are through his Clarity Challenge exercise, which aligns a company’s purpose, values, strengths, and ideal customers into a clear and actionable framework.

Yarin’s framework helped my executive team align on the fundamentals:

  • Why We Exist
  • What We Do Best
  • Who Our Perfect Customer Is
  • What They Truly Want
  • And more!

It was more than strategy—it was about clarity and alignment. We’re gearing up for 2025 with a stronger sense of purpose and a shared vision for the next chapter of Whitestone.

To any founder looking to refine their strategy and gain alignment across their team, I can’t recommend Yarin and Fractional Partners enough.
