We start with a 60-minute session to understand how the business works, what feels stuck, and where you want to go.
Step 2: Team clarity assessment
Each team member answers a thoughtful set of questions across strategy, finance, and operations. This helps us see how aligned (or misaligned) your team really is.
Step 3: Optional team call
If needed, we host a short group call with your leadership team to hear what’s working, where they feel stuck, and what’s unclear day to day.
Step 4: Clarity mapping
We analyze the patterns and compare team input across all three clarity layers—then plot what we find into a visual heatmap.
Step 5: Debrief sessions
You’ll get a simple report and two live debriefs: one with you, and one with your team. We walk through where clarity is missing and what to fix first.
