What is the Clarity Challenge?
The Clarity Challenge is a quick, game-like exercise for your leadership team. Each person answers a handful of simple, revealing questions about your company. Together, we plot the answers on a heatmap to reveal where you’re aligned, where you’re not, and what’s really holding your company back.
Here’s what the Clarity Challenge uncovers:
Strategy: do we all know what we’re building and where we’re going?
Finance: do we all know the key numbers driving decisions?
Operations: do we all know what matters most right now?
How Clarity Challenge is played
Here’s how the game works: Your team takes a quick questionnaire, and we analyze the responses. In a 60-minute Zoom workshop, we’ll reveal what’s working, uncover gaps, and give you a Clarity Score to sharpen your business's focus.
Step 1: Quick questionnaire for all players
Each leadership team member answers a 20-minute questionnaire on your business strategy, finances and operations. No comparing answers—everyone submits their own view!
Step 2: We analyze your team’s responses
We look at where your team is thinking the same—and where their ideas about the company don’t match up.
Step 3: Join the 90-minute Zoom workshop
This is the fun part! We bring your team together in a fully facilitated online workshop to reveal your results. Get ready to see where ideas differ and explore what's holding you back.
Step 4: Reveal your Clarity Score
At the end, we give your team a Clarity Score and show you where to focus become more profitable.
